Hi there! My name is Aaron Larson and I am the owner of Aspire — a consulting agency for small-businesses and non-profit organizations.

In 2019, I graduated from Emporia State University with a Master’s of Business Administration. Directly out of school, I went to work for a small local business, Midwest Evaluation and Research, LLC. We began with 6 employees, worked out of a residential basement, and barely turned a profit each year. Fast forward 3 years and MER now has over 20 employees, their own office space, a departmentalized organization structure, and have seen a 40x increase to profits.

It was very much a team effort to get to where they are today — and I’m glad I was able to grab a first row seat to learn from it. That experience gave me the expertise today to help small businesses and non-profits achieve their goals.
